The free-text answers you provide about your stuttering experience (Q1, Q2, Q3) are health-adjacent. Under GDPR Article 9, processing such data requires an explicit lawful basis. We rely on your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)), which you grant by voluntarily submitting the waitlist form.
This data is used solely for product development purposes. It is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Under CCPA/CPRA (California), stuttering-related self-disclosures may qualify as Sensitive Personal Information. California residents have additional rights over this data — see Section 8.
